Privacy Policy

Short version: we collect what we need to run your commission dashboard and bill you for it. We don't sell your data, and we don't sell your employees' data.
Who we are
CommissionBoard is operated by Perk Panther. You can reach us at toma@viptanning.com about anything on this page.
What we collect

About your employees
When you import a report, it contains your employees' names and sales figures. We store that so your dashboard works. We process it on your behalf — you decide what goes in and who sees it. You are responsible for telling your staff that their performance is being tracked and displayed, and for having whatever permission your local law requires.
We do not sell this data, use it to build profiles of your employees, or share it with other customers. Your data is isolated from every other business on the platform.
Who we share it with
Only the services required to run the product:
- Supabase — database and login
- Stripe — subscription billing
- Vercel — hosting
- Resend — transactional email
We also share information if the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
Cookies
We use cookies to keep you signed in and to remember basic preferences. We do not use advertising or third-party tracking cookies. Blocking cookies will stop you from staying logged in.
How long we keep it
For as long as your account is open. If you cancel, tell us and we will delete your business data within 30 days. Some billing records are kept longer because tax law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold, correct it, delete it, or send you a copy. Email toma@viptanning.com and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge.
If you are in California, the CCPA gives you these rights explicitly, including the right not to be discriminated against for using them. If you are in the EU or UK, the GDPR gives you equivalent rights, plus the right to complain to your data protection authority.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted per business. Settings and sensitive actions inside the dashboard are PIN-protected. No system is perfect — if we ever have a breach affecting your data, we will tell you.
Children
CommissionBoard is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will email account owners. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
